With only 10 private spacious Bungalows, our Boutique Hotel in Kep is a very intimate and calm place.
All our fan and sea-breeze cooled Bungalows (now also air-con available), are tastefully decorated and furnished with fully stocked minibar, desk & chair, hot water shower, fruit plate on arrival, mosquito nets, info folder, queen size beds, bed-lights, all with a big veranda (with hammock and sofa) overlooking the ocean.
Since our Hotel is on the hill there is always a nice breeze from the sea and at night some cold air is flowing down from the National Park, which we are bordering.
The new spacious Deluxe Bungalows with air conditioning are tastefully decorated and offer the following amenities:
Air-conditioning and fan (with mosquito nets), Satellite TV/DVD with a big library at your disposal, fully stocked minibar, safe, tea and coffee maker, hot water shower, bed lights, spring mattress, 15-21m² sunset terraces with a sofa corner and a hammock, wide front glass door.

Our room rates include full breakfast with tea or coffee for 2 persons per room, for the Deluxe Bungalows for all the staying guests.

We accept Cash, Visa or Mastercard. We also do cash advance (according to our cash flow), since Kep does not have an ATM!
If you pay by Credit Card or get Cash Advance we implement a service charge of 4%.
The Deluxe Twin Bungalow on the ground floor, has furthermore a private and shady flower garden, accessible only via the terrace.
The Deluxe Double Bungalow on the 1st floor has a 21m² sunset terrace with the most spectacular 180°-view of Kep and the Ocean; that’s the reason why it is more expensive than the Double.
We just finished two more Deluxe Bungalows, which can be rented as one big Family Deluxe Bungalow. On the first floor there is 1 King Size and Single Bed and on the ground floor there is 1 King Size Bed (spring mattress).
The panorama from all the bungalows, down the ocean, to the impressive Bokor Mountain, the islands and to Kampot is truly stunning and will make your time pass away by simply enjoying the view sitting on the comfortable sofa or relaxing on the hammock on your private veranda.
When sitting on your private balcony, you can not only see the impressive garden, but also a big variety of butterflies and birds. Kep Lodge is situated on a big garden of 8000m2 with many local fruit trees and flowers. Therefore we named our rooms after the fruits available in the region (like Banana, Coconut, Pineapple, Durian etc.) and planted the matching tree in front of the bungalows. The Durian tree is - due to its intense smell - far away from the Durian-Bungalow! (please have a look at these pictures on kep-cambodia.com)
Free Wireless Internet Connection (Wi-Fi, via cable, 1.5 Mbs), is available throughout the lodge, so you can check your emails or surf the web on your private balcony or you can use our public laptop at the bar.
We do rent out semi - or fully automatic Scooters (110ccm) at US$ 7-10/day incl. helmet. This is one of the best means of transportation to explore the idyllic landscapes of Kep and its surrounding and to get to know the cordial locals and always smiling Khmer children.
We can organize a massage for you (either traditional Khmer or Oil Massage) in your bungalow.It is possible to rent the entire lodge for birthday parties, company weekends or any kind of event. For detailed information and our attractive rates please send us an email.
Should you want to plan a meeting-weekend or a company gathering, there is now the possibility to rent a meeting room with all the facilities for up to 250 persons.
Children are very welcome. We do have a baby cot. Should your child be taller, then there is the possibility to put an extra mattress in the bungalow @ 5-10$/day.
