With only six private spacious bungalows, is our Boutique Lodge something very intimate and calm.
Private bathroom with hot water, fan and sea-breeze cooled, tastefully decorated and furnished with mini bar, table and chair and mosquito nets are the standards for our individual bungalows, all with a big veranda overlooking the ocean. Since our lodge is on the hill there is always a nice breeze from the sea and some cold air coming from the National Park at night. We deliberately didn't install an air condition but you can be assured, it won't be to hot in our bungalows.
Because of some demand we will build two more bungalows with air/con, our Deluxe Bungalows, to be completed by mid June.
The stunning views from each bungalow, down the ocean, to the impressive Bokor Mountain, the islands and Kampot, will pass your time away by just enjoying the view sitting on a comfortable sofa or relaxing on the hammock on your private veranda.
All bungalows are fitted with one or two comfortable queen size beds and are surrounded by a big garden (8000m2) with many local fruit trees and flowers. Therefore we named our rooms after the fruits available in the region (like Banana, Coconut, Pineapple, Durian etc.) and planted the matching tree in front of the bungalows. The Durian tree is due to the intense smell far away from the Durian-Bungalow.
We also offer you Wireless Internet Connection (Wi-Fi, via Satellite) throughout the lodge, so you can check your emails or surf the web on your balcony. For our guests internet is free, for outside guests also, if they consume for at least
US$ 3. We do have a laptop at the bar for guest use, which can also be used to make internet calls via Skype.
We do rent out scooters (125cc) at US$ 7/day inclusive helmet. This is the best means of transportation for exploring the idyllic landscape of Kep and to get to know the cordial locals.
Children are very welcome. We do have a baby cot for your baby. Should your child be bigger, so is there the possibility to put in an extra mattress in the bungalow..

Our room rates include full breakfast with tea or coffee for 2 persons per room, for the Deluxe Bungalows for all the guests.
We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard. We also do cash advance, since Kep does not have an ATM at the moment (Oct. 2010). If you pay by Credit Card we implement a service charge of 4%.
